Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Your Gear
Carefully pack your Clicgear products in their original manufacturer's box, ensuring all manuals, parts, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to cover or remove any old shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
